Interest areas:


textures, local illumination, multiscale models, complex scenes, procedural models, natural phenomena...

Motivations: (unconnected!)

- connection with models from the others scientific areas (e.g. physics, biology, visual perception...) in order to better understand and illustrate them;
- construction of efficient and user-convenient methods to describe objects and phenomena in the frame of video production;
- using of the graphics hardware for real-time realism.
